Services
Outpatient psychiatric care designed for ongoing treatment
Services are designed for thoughtful outpatient care over time, not one-time or crisis-based treatment. Care may include evaluation, medication management, and psychotherapy-informed follow-up.
Psychiatric evaluation
Initial evaluation is used to understand symptoms, history, functioning, and relevant context before deciding how treatment should proceed. Recommendations may include medication, therapy, ongoing follow-up, or a combination of these.
Medication management
Medication is approached thoughtfully and adjusted over time based on response, side effects, goals, and the overall clinical picture. Follow-up visits are used to guide decisions rather than relying on messaging alone.
Psychotherapy-informed follow-up
Care is relational and person-centered, with attention to patterns, relationships, and how experiences are processed over time. EMDR may be incorporated when appropriate, along with cognitive-behavioral techniques to support practical change.
Follow-up is part of care
Ongoing treatment typically involves scheduled follow-up visits rather than one-time consultation.
Not urgent care
This practice does not function as an urgent or crisis service. Urgent needs should be directed to appropriate emergency resources.
Clear processes support care
Scheduling, communication, refills, paperwork, and billing all follow clear processes to support continuity and reduce unnecessary back-and-forth.
